Mixed fortune in underage grades
16th October 2005:There was a mixture of feelings in Greenford following Sunday's matches. In the U16 club championship final we enjoyed a 4-13 to 1-5 win over Erin go Bragh to take our fourth successive club championship. In the U12 county final against Sean Tracys we were beaten by a team that were simply too good for us, but there were some good performances and with such a young team, the best is yet to come! Thanks to all who supported the lads on Sunday - it was a great day for the club.

Big weekend ahead in underage ranks
11th October 2005:This weekend sees three of our underage teams take to the field bidding for championship success. On Saturday Ruislip will be the venue as the minors take on Eoghan Ruadh in the London championship final at 4.30. Sunday sees our U16s go for four provincial championships in a row against Erin go Bragh of Warwickshire - throw-in 2pm in Greenford. Straight after the U16 match, the U12 team will play Sean Treacys in Greenford as they look for their first piece of silverware in 2 years. The side are much improved from that which took part in the blitzes earlier this year and will be hoping to cause an upset on Sunday. The game gets underway at 3.30 so it would great if some of the U16 players could stick around to cheer on the younger ones. Support for all our underage players this weekend would be greatly appreciated - we look forward to seeing you there!

U14s bow out of championship in Mitcham
9th October 2005:The U14 team went out of the championship today after struggling to perform against a strong Sean Treacys side in Mitcham. The South Londoners were worthy winners by 2-5 to 0-1 leaving our U14s without a title for the second year in a row.

U16s claim fourth successive county title
8th October 2005:Sean Treacys handed a fourth successive county championship to our U16s after they were unable to field for the final today.
